Prime Minister visits flood-devastated people in Western Province 

Prime Minister James Marape toured the flood-affected areas in Western Province on Friday, to see first-hand the devastation caused by flooding.

During his visit, he stopped at Obo Station in the Middle Fly District, then traveled by air to Suki Station in the South Fly District and Awaba Station in the Delta Fly District was his final destination, to meet with the people, before flying back to Port Moresby on the same day.

At Obo Station, Mr Marape said he wanted to see firsthand the devastation caused by flooding and also pass his condolence to those who have lost a loved one due to the floods.
